Tips and tricks:
If you don't want to start a (new) vehicle at the starting point, do the following: Open "Fahrzeugeinsatz", click on the desired stop, and click the vehicle from the depot on to the line.
Cheats:
There are no official cheats known. Ther ways to cheat:
Open the "tgiant.cfg" file with notepad, the second number is the number of "campaign" you already can play. Change it in 15 to play 'em all.
Note: Above image is from the German version.
Note: Above image is from the US/UK Gold version.
It is also possible to edit the *.cfg files in the mission directory. If it really does have effect changing the values like speed or capacatity, I didnt test. Just experiment. But for all remember: keep backup files!
There are more files you can edit to cheat:
In the directory 'Karten' (german version - in English i expect it to be Maps) there are 6 files:
Potential_1.cfg, Potential_2.cfg, Potential_3.cfg, Real_1.cfg, Real_2.cfg, and Real_3.cfg
All these files are configuration files for the endless games (not mission!). The names represent the difficulties, for examples Real_3.cfg means a very difficult realistic game.
All these files have a similar content, some of the variables explained:
NOTE: in some cases there are more value, starting with 255. Don't change that value!
MAX_CARS maximum number of cars, per ?
MAX_WALKERS maximum number of cars, per ?
MAX_STATION_RADIUS how far the station reaches: if you increase this value, more people go to this station
TRAFFIC_LIGHT_CYCLE_LENGTH how long a trafficlight switches from red/light v.v.
INITIAL_USER_MONEY how much money you get at the start
ZONE_SIZE basic zone size
FARE_BASE_PRICE basic price
FARE_INCREMENTAL_PRICE number with what you increase the fare
MAX_NR_OF_ZONES max numbers of zones
VECHILE_PURCHASE_COST costs for purchasing a vehicle
STATION_FOUNDING_PRICE price for placing a station
VECHILE_REPAIR_PRICE costs for repair.
BUS_STOP_ATTRACTIVITY_PARAMETER_WEIGHTS how attractive is a bus stop. I dont know the exact values for better effect.
BUS_STOP_ATTRACTIVITY_VS_DISTANCE_WEIGHT how attractive is a distant station? I dont know the exact values for better effect.
STAY_AT_TARGET_TICKS How long do people wait for a bus/tram etc.?
LENGTH_OF_YEAR increase this value to have 'faster' years.
TRACK_BUILDING_COSTS cost for tracks, first value: tram, then schwebebahn then monorail.
STATION_RADIUS 0
STATION_RADIUS 1
STATION_RADIUS 2
STATION_RADIUS 3
STATION_RADIUS 4
play with these values, in cooperation with max_Staton_radius.
There are more variables, some of 'm are easy to understand others not. If you're experimenting, please make a backup of the original file!!!

*= probably a number to indicate group vehicle belongs, for example: 0 is bus, 1 tram etc.
**= probably a following number in a group.
***= you'll need to this in the following order. For example, if you enter 0 for a monorail, but trams, Sbahn and schwebebahn are introduced in a later year, you won't get a monorail. I'm not sure if you have choose all trams, s bahn and schwebebahn, or only the first. Just try it out.
OF COURSE I WILL NOT TAKE ANY REPSONSIBILITY FOR FAILURES AS A RESULT OF CHANGING FILES!
and: BACKUP!!!
